PAYMENT DETAILS

For regular patients,we request settlement of your account within 28 days
of fee.

For new patients, a written estimate will be provided, with fees being due at the completion of each stage.

We accept cash, cheques and can take the following forms of card payment at reception or over the telephone.

COMPLAINTS
As required by the General Dental Council a complaint procedure is in place.

BUPA CORPORATE CARE
Clifton Dental Clinic hold full accreditation to the rigorous standards required by BUPA Corporate Care.

We are pleased to offer this simple and convenient method of payment for quality dental care on a monthly subscription.

A free initial examination establishes the BUPA Corporate Care band into which you fall, and gives and indication of your monthly payments. There are 5 bands, a maintenance plan and Dental Protector.

The monthly premium is based on the anticipated treatment need.

THE BENEFITS
In addition to receiving all your routine dental care including preventative care, membership of BUPA Corporate Care also gives you access to a 24-hour emergency help line, a useful supplementary accident and emergency world-wide insurance cover, as well as cover for the treatment of oral cancer and also wisdom teeth extraction.

If dental treatment is actually required at the initial examination this must be completed before joining the scheme.

ESSENTIAL DENTAL
If your company does not provide BUPA Corporate Care, ESSENTIAL DENTAL provides all the benefits on an individual basis. Monthly subscriptions start from a highly competitive £20.00, and vary depending on treatment needs. Please ask for a free assessment.
